Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on all lingerie, panties and swimwear items. Please check the size chart before purchase to ensure a perfect fit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Quality Issues / Missing / Wrongly Sent Items.
In case of quality issues, missing or erroneous items, please notify us within 7 days of receipt/delivery by specifying the label, order number and product name. We will require you to provide a photo of the goods you have received if we consider necessary. Return shipping costs will be refunded only for faulty items.
